Reservation Fees

  • $2.50 Per Pet (pets not permitted in cabins without exception)
  • $5.00 Per Person over 5 people for RV/Tent sites
  • $7.00 Site Lock Fee to choose your own site
  • $3.00 Booking Fee
  • $20.00 Optional Linen Fee for Cabins

Reservation Deposits

  • 20+ Days - 25% due or $30 (whichever is greater)
  • 20 Days or less - 100% payment due

Discounts

  • 5% off when booking 3 or more nights
  • 15% off when booking 6 or more nights
  • Discounts do not apply over holidays

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel more than 15 days, $15 fee per week, remaining refunded. 
  • Cancel between 5-15 days, 50% fee, remaining refunded.
  • Cancel between 1-4 days, 75% fee, remaining goes on account credit for a future stay.
  • Cancel same day or no show, 100% fee, no refunds.
  • This applies to the reservation total and if you reduce the number of days on your reservation

Check-in/Check-out

  • Cabins: Check-in: 2 PM / Check-out: 10 AM
  • RV Sites: Check-in: 1 PM / Check-out: 11 AM
